Lil Wayne sued

Lil Wayne is being sued over the likeness of one of his songs to a Rolling Stones track. The rap star has been named in a lawsuit filed on Thursday in Manhattan from the owners of their track "Play With Fire". Abkco Music Inc claim one of the songs on his acclaimed new album "Tha Carter III" has been based on Jagger and co's "Playing With Fire" without permission. The legal challenge also details the "explicit, sexist and offensive language" of Wayne's version. They claim it could lead the public to conclude that Abkco and The Stones had approved "Play With Fire". There has so far been no comment from Lil Wayne or his record label, Universal, about the court case. Watch Lil Wayne's music videos here... Search for the latest concerts tickets on Ticketmaster
